Tomato Garlic Dip Mix

Savor the classic Italian tastes of sun-ripened tomatoes and oven-roasted garlic! We've created this fabulous mix of herbs, spices, garlic and veggies that would make any Roman proud!You can also use this versatile dip mix in many other ways than just as a veggie tray dip. For example, to make a very authentic Italian-style bread dipper, combine about a tablespoon of our dip mix with an ounce each of olive oil and balsamic vinegar (but red or white wine vinegar works beautifully also). Allow it to "mellow" for about 30 minutes and use it instead of butter with your crusty, fresh bread. To add an exciting new taste sensation to baked or mashed potatoes, sprinkle some of our dip mix on a dollop of sour cream and butter. You can do the same thing with a toasted or plain bagel and cream cheese - just sprinkle some of our dip mix on top of the cream cheese to make your bagel come alive with excitement!
