You can do the same thing with a toasted or plain bagel and cream cheese - just sprinkle some of our dip mix on top of the cream cheese to make your bagel come alive with excitement! You can also use this most versatile dip mix in a variety of other ways. To make a lovely, light tasting bread dipper, combine about a tablespoon of our dip mix with an ounce each of olive oil and balsamic vinegar (but red or white wine vinegar works just as well). Let it mellow for about 30 minutes and use it instead of butter on your crusty, fresh bread or baguette. Our Lemon Dill Dip Mix also tastes delicious in most Asian-themed stir-fry dishes - just sprinkle some into the wok as you are cooking (to your own personal taste) and you'll have created a wonderful new taste sensation! You can also try it as an exotic spice rub for seafood (of virtually any kind), pork, and poultry. However, we think that it's particularly superb with a grilled salmon steak and a twist of fresh lemon!
